Studies

This study was conducted to determine potential demands before increasing provision, in term of both scale and scope. Specially, it was to understand the potential for expansion in various industrial sections in the next 2-5 years.

In this report, AC and ACF aimed to understand and evaluate the effectiveness of the service offered and delivered to workers and employers' representatives.

Legal Audit

The objective of the Audit of the Arbitration Council’s Arbitral Awards is to ensure an acceptable quality of decisions made by the Arbitration Council. The quality of the Arbitral Awards is a core indicator of the independence, credibility and sustainability of the Arbitration Council, which contributes to its Institutional Integrity and Sustainability (Component 1 of the Demand For Good Governance (DFGG) project).
