Kampot province: On 25th April 2025, the Arbitration Council Foundation in collaboration with Department of Labour, Vocational and Training in Kampot province had conducted a training on “AC Process and Case Preparation Techniques” for a total of 28 participants (12 women) including shop stewards, employer representatives from factories and officials of Kampot DoLVT.
This training was presented by Arbitrator Sin Kimsean, a member of the Arbitration Council, Mr. Yorn Sophana, Official of Secretariat of Arbitration Council and Ms. Path Orng, Senior Legal Officer of Arbitration Council Foundation.
Participants gained their knowledge and experiences related to collective dispute, case preparation technique and findings at Arbitration Council.
