The digest of arbitral decisions is a summary of jurisprudence of the Arbitration Council. This digest may not describe a comprehensive summary of legal points that were considered by the Arbitration Council.  Jurisprudence refers to the legal rule or principle of reasoning that forms the basis of the Arbitration Council’s decision.

The digest serves as a tool which readers can use to research and review the jurisprudence of the Arbitration Council from the arbitral decisions (otherwise known as arbitral awards) in these compilations. The digest is organised according to broad categories of legal issues.

From 2008, the digest is not published online. For information on digest between 2008 and 2018 you can directly contact the Training and Communication Department of the Arbitration Council Foundation.
