The ACF is governed by a Board of Directors. BoD has a three (3) years term and composes of six (6) members: three of the directors are arbitrators currently serving on the Arbitration Council (one from each of the three arbitrator lists; employer, union and ministry). The other two directors are external experts appointed by a majority vote of all 30 arbitrators. A representative of the International Labour Organisation sits as a non-voting member.
