The Arbitration Council Foundation uses various means and platforms such as website and social media such as Facebook, Twitter, and Youtube to communicate with public. ACF used to have a radio program to promote understanding of workers and employers on “Good Employer, Good Workers” project, so that they are able to prevent and peacefully resolve labour disputes at the enterprise level. It was also aimed to raise awareness and encourage appropriate use of labour dispute resolution mechanisms and services, including the AC.
ACF will continue using this platform to raise awareness and mainstream public understanding on AC/F new initiative or mechanism in promoting good industrial relations and the alternative dispute resolution, both collective and individual disputes.
