The Foundation has produced, collected and published resources related to labour and industrial relations (IR) including case preparation sheets, forms, studies, laws, regulations, booklet, video and photo.
Case preparation sheets are materials to assist parties to prepare for conciliation and arbitration hearing to settle labour disputes before the AC.
Educational series video about the Arbitration Council were produced to provide stakeholders easier access to knowledge and help all parties gain further understanding of the AC services as well as understanding of the process of labor dispute resolutions in Cambodia.
