ACF’s targeted outreach and training programmes are designed to build awareness and capacity in the labour arbitration process; along with facilitating effective dialogue, communications and negotiations, thereby equipping target groups and beneficiaries with knowledge and skills in dispute resolution as well as dispute prevention to access their rights and the processes provided under Cambodia’s laws.
Trainings are conducted and specially designed for management, workers, trade unions, government conciliators, law students and industrial relations practitioners.
