Phnom Penh: On 28th April 2025, the Arbitration Council Foundation, in collaboration with Rong Win Garment Co., Ltd continue to conduct a training of Module II of Dispute Prevention and Resolution Program (DPRP) on “Workplace Cooperation Mechanisms” to 20 participants (17 women) who are the representatives of employer, worker representatives and shop stewards.
Participants know the basic elements, form of workplace cooperation mechanism and its advantages and the workplace grievance procedures. They expressed their optimism to participate in implementing the workplace cooperation mechanism and workplace grievance procedure even better.
