Phnom Penh: On 28th May 2025, the Arbitration Council Foundation, in collaboration with Shoe Premier II (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. continue to conduct a training of Module II of Dispute Prevention and Resolution Program (DPRP) on “Workplace Cooperation Mechanisms” to a total of 17 participants (11 women) who are the employer representatives, worker representatives and union.
Participants know the basic elements, form of workplace cooperation mechanism and its advantages and the workplace grievance procedures. They expressed their optimism to participate in implementing the workplace cooperation mechanism and workplace grievance procedure even better.
