Phnom Penh: On 11th June 2025, the Arbitration Council Foundation continues its collaboration with Shoes Premier II Co., Ltd to conduct the module III training on “Communications for Negotiation in Workplaces” for 19 participants (12 women) who are the representatives of employer and union leaders.
All participants are actively engaged in group discussion and sharing their experiences that are linked to the content. This indicated their improvement of both knowledge and negotiation skills, which will be used for any future negotiations.
