Kampong Chhnang: On 13th June 2025, the Arbitration Council Foundation in collaboration with Department of Labour, Vocational and Training (DoLVT) in Kampong Chhnang province had conduct a training on “AC Process and Case Preparation Techniques” for a total of 30 participants (16 women) including union and employer representatives from factories and officials of Kampong Chhnang DoLVT.
This training was presented by Arbitrator Sin Kimsean, a member of the Arbitration Council, Mr. Yorn Sophana, Official of Secretariat of Arbitration Council and Ms. Path Orng, Senior Legal Officer of Arbitration Council Foundation.
Participants gained their knowledge and experiences related to collective dispute, case preparation technique and findings at Arbitration Council.
