Kampong Cham: On 12th September 2025, the Arbitration Council Foundation in collaboration with Department of Labour, Vocational and Training in Kampong Cham province had conducted a training on “AC Process and Case Preparation Techniques” for a total of 29 participants (15 women) including union and employer representatives from factories and officials of Kampong Cham DoLVT.
This training was facilitated by Arbitrator Ing Sothy, a member of the Arbitration Council, Mr. Pen Savat, Chief of Secretariat of Arbitration Council and Ms. Path Orng, Senior Legal Officer of Arbitration Council Foundation.
Participants gained their knowledge and experiences related to collective dispute, case preparation technique and findings at Arbitration Council.
