Kampong Cham: On 21 November 2025, the Arbitration Council Foundation in collaboration with Department of Labour, Vocational and Training in Kampong Speu province had conducted a training on “AC Process and Case Preparation Techniques” for a total of 28 participants (10 women) including union and employer representatives from factories and officials of Kampong Speu DoLVT.
This training was facilitated by Arbitrator Mar Samborana, a member of the Arbitration Council, Mrs. Kong Soveacha, officer of Secretariat of Arbitration Council and Ms. Huy Sambath, Senior Legal Officer of Arbitration Council Foundation.
Participants gained their knowledge and experiences related to collective dispute, case preparation technique and findings at Arbitration Council.
