Takeo: On 13 March 2026, the Arbitration Council Foundation in collaboration with Department of Labour, Vocational and Training (DLVT) in Takeo province had conducted a training on “AC Process and Case Preparation Techniques” for a total of 26 participants (13 women) including union and employer representatives from factories and conciliators of Takeo DLVT.
This training was facilitated by Arbitrator Sin Kimsean, a member of the Arbitration Council, Mrs. Kong Soveacha, officer of Secretariat of Arbitration Council and Ms. Path Orng, Senior Legal Officer of Arbitration Council Foundation.
Participants gained their knowledge and experiences related to collective dispute, case preparation technique and findings at Arbitration Council.
