Koh Kong: On 22 May 2026, the Arbitration Council Foundation in collaboration with Department of Labour, Vocational and Training in Koh Kong province had conducted a training on “AC Process and Case Preparation Techniques” for a total of 30 participants (12 women) including union and employer representatives from factories and officials of Koh Kong DoLVT.
This training was facilitated by Arbitrator Ann Vireak, a member of the Arbitration Council, Mrs. Kong Soveacha, officer of Secretariat of Arbitration Council and Ms. Path Orng, Senior Legal Officer of Arbitration Council Foundation.
Participants gained their knowledge and experiences related to collective dispute, case preparation technique and findings at Arbitration Council.
