KEP: From November 14 to 16, 2025, the Arbitration Council (AC), the Secretariat of the Arbitration Council (SAC), and the Arbitration Council Foundation (ACF) organized their annual retreat 2025 at Sangkahak Mith Hotel, Kep province to discuss and collect inputs for the new draft Prakas No. 099. This Prakas provides procedures for resolving collective and individual labor disputes by the AC.
The discussion focused on key points as follows:
1. Parties’ rights to access dispute resolution services before and at the AC,
2. Types of individual disputes that will be referred to the AC,
3. Dispute cases with special protections of parties, and
4. Jurisdiction of the AC.
In addition to the detailed discussions on the above points, the meeting also reviewed and discussed the latest developments of the AC, celebrated the AC and ACF’s work achievements in 2025, and planned activities for 2026.
