Phnom Penh: On February 13, 2026 the Arbitration Council Foundation in collaboration with the National Labour Institute of Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training (MLVT) has conducted a one-day training on “AC process and Case Preparation Techniques” for 28 participants (12 women) including lawyers, Human Resources Managers, compliance officers, and staffs from private companies and Non-Government Organizations.
This training was presented by Arbitrator Kong Phallack, member of the Arbitration Council, Mr. Pen Savat, Head of Secretariat of the Arbitration Council and Ms. Sum Dany, Legal Officer of Legal Service Department of the Arbitration Council Foundation.
Through this training, participants gained knowledge and experiences related to collective dispute resolution and techniques for case preparation and findings at Arbitration Council.
