Phnom Penh: On April 3, 2026 the Arbitration Council Foundation in collaboration with the National Labour Institute of Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training (MLVT) has conducted a one-day training on “AC process and Case Preparation Techniques” for 28 participants (13 women) including Lawyers, Human Resources Managers, Compliance Officers, and Staffs from private companies and Non-GovernmentOrganizations.
This training was presented by Arbitrator Nhean Somunin, member of the Arbitration Council, Mr. Yorn Sophana, Official of Secretariat of the Arbitration Council and Ms. Huy Sambath, Senior Legal Officer of Legal Service Department of the Arbitration Council Foundation.
Through this training, participants gained knowledge and experiences related to collective dispute resolution and techniques for case preparation and findings at Arbitration Council.
