Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Manager

Mr Chieng Youpheng serves as Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Manager at the Arbitration Council Foundation (ACF) and is a member of the Executive management Team. He is responsible for overall development, implementation and enhancement of monitoring and evaluation, and reporting of the Foundation.

Mr Chieng Youpheng has more than 15 years of experience working in the field of project management, implementation and monitoring and evaluation with governmental institution, international/local NGOs and donors. He holds his Master of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology from Royal University of Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
