Kandal: On 13th March 2024, the Arbitration Council Foundation in collaboration with Great Bestway Manufacturing Co.,Ltd conducted a training of Module I of Dispute Prevention and Resolution Program (DPRP) on “Building Employment Relationship” to 13 participants (5 women) who are the representatives of employer and worker, and union leaders.
Participants well-known and understood the actors and its roles and responsibilities in building good and strong employment relationships and showed a positive attitude in building a good working environment in their factory.
