Phnom Penh: On 29th April 2025, the Arbitration Council Foundation, in collaboration with EVC Meng Da Footwear Industrial Co., Ltd. continue to conduct a training of Module II of Dispute Prevention and Resolution Program (DPRP) on “Workplace Cooperation Mechanisms” to a total of 23 participants (5 women) who are the employer representatives and unions.
Participants know the basic elements, form of workplace cooperation mechanism and its advantages and the workplace grievance procedures. They expressed their optimism to participate in implementing the workplace cooperation mechanism and workplace grievance procedure even better.
