Phnom Penh: On May 9, 2025 the Arbitration Council Foundation has conducted a one-day training on “AC process and Case Preparation Techniques” for 26 participants (10 women) including Human Resources Managers, Compliance Officer, Union leaders, and Staffs from private companies and non- governmentorganizations.
This training was presented by Arbitrator An Nan, member of the Arbitration Council, Mrs. Kong Soveacha, Official of Secretariat of the Arbitration Council and Mrs. Sum Dany, Legal Officer of Legal Service Department of the Arbitration Council Foundation.
Through this training, participants gained knowledge and experiences related to collective dispute resolution and techniques for case preparation and findings at Arbitration Council.
