Phnom Penh: On Tuesday 23 December 2025, the Arbitration Council Foundation has organized a sharing session on “Insolvency”, facilitated by Arbitrator Ouk Ry which participated by 9 members of the Arbitration Council (AC) (3 women), 3 officials of the Secretariat of the AC (1 woman) and 20 ACF staff (11 women).
This sharing session was covered on key following points:
1) Definition of Insolvency
2) Procedures for Opening and Terminating of Insolvency Case
3) Management Labour Disputes in Insolvency case
4) Rights and Obligations of Employees in Insolvency case
All participants, especially participated Arbitrators actively discussed, and exchanged views and experiences which benefit to the labour dispute resolution related to insolvency at the Arbitration Council.
