Phnom Penh: On February 2, 2024, the Arbitration Council Foundation has conducted a one-day training on “AC process and Case Preparation Techniques” for public people including union members, and staffs from private companies, 26 participants were joint, including 11 women.
This training was presented by Mrs. Seng Vouch Hun, Arbitrator of the Arbitration Council, Mr. Pen Savat, Chief of Secretariat of the Arbitration Council and Mr. Teng Chesda, Director of Legal Service of the Arbitration Council Foundation.
Participants gained their knowledge and experiences related to collective dispute, case preparation technique and findings at Arbitration Council.
