Kampong Chhnang: On 10th October 2023, the Arbitration Council Foundation continues its collaboration with Can Sport Shoes to conduct module III training on “Communication for Negotiations” for 28 participants (15 women) who are the representative of employer and employee, and union.
This training focuses on:
– Definition of negotiation
– Type of negotiations
– Appropriate time for negotiation
– Communication skills for an effective negotiation
All participants actively engaged in group discussion, experiences sharing session which is linked with the content of the module. This indicated the improvement of both knowledge and negotiation skills of the participants which will be used for any future negotiations within their workplace and expressed their positive commitment for the Module IV which was scheduling in November.
