Phnom Penh: On Friday 21st August 2026, the Arbitration Council Foundation continues its collaboration with XO Tex Industrial Co., Ltd to conduct training module IV on “Workplace Conflict Management” to employer and employee representatives, totaling 18 participants (including 8 women).
All participants discussed in detail the source of conflict, the cycle of conflict, conflict analysis tools, and key points for action planning to manage conflict in the workplace. By the end of the training, all participants had developed the action plan to prevent and respond to all conflicts happening in the workplace, which illustrated specifically responsible people.
The Arbitration Council Foundation delivered the certificate of completion to all participants who have successfully completed training modules in the Dispute Prevention and Resolution Program (DPRP).
