Kampong Speu: On 4th Sep 2026, the Arbitration Council Foundation continues its collaboration with Branch of Lin Wen Chih Sunbow Enterprise Co., Ltd to conduct the module III training on “Communications for Negotiation in Workplaces” for 13 participants (6 women) who are the representatives of employer, employee and unions.
The training course focuses on the following key points:
1. Types of negotiation
2. Characteristics of a great negotiator
3. Communications for effective negotiation
4. Setting rules for negotiation
All participants are actively engaged in group discussion and sharing their experiences that are linked to the content. This indicated their improvement of both knowledge and negotiation skills, which will be used for any future negotiations.
