Phnom Penh: On Tuesday, September 22, 2026, the Arbitration Council Foundation collaborated with Yorkmars (Cambodia) Garment MFG Co., Ltd to provide a Module 1 training course on the topic of “Building Employment Relations” to employer and employee representatives, totaling 15 participants (9 women).
The training course focuses on the following key points:
1) The key elements of maintaining good and strong workplace relationships
2) Factors influencing the construction of good and strong working relationships, and
3) The roles and responsibilities of employees and employers in maintaining good and strong labor relations.
Participants well-known and understood the actors and their roles and responsibilities in building good and strong employment relationship and showed a positive attitude in building a good working environment in their factory.
