Kandal: On 26th April 2024, the Arbitration Council Foundation, in collaboration with Great Bestway Manufacturing Co., Ltd conducted a training of Module II of Dispute Prevention and Resolution Program (DPRP) on “Workplace Cooperation Mechanism” to 13 participants (6 women) who are the representatives of employer and worker.
Participants know the basic elements, form of workplace cooperation mechanism and its advantages and the workplace grievance procedures. Participants expressed their optimism to participate in implementing the workplace cooperation mechanism and workplace grievance procedure in order to build a harmonious labour community.
