Kampong Chhnang: On 10th August 2023, the Arbitration Council Foundation in collaboration with CAN SPORT SHOES Factory continue to conduct a training of Module I of Dispute Prevention and Resolution Program (DPRP) on “Building Employment Relationship” to 25 participants (13 women) who are the representatives of employer and worker, and union leaders.
The training touches on:
1. The definition of employment relations/relationship
2. How to build healthy and strong employment relations/relationship
3. Key actor who contributes to build a healthy and strong employment relations/relationship in the workplace and
4. Role and responsibility of employer and workers in building a healthy and strong employment relations/relationship in the workplace.
All participants actively engaged in group discussion, experiences sharing session, and learning activities. They indicated knowledge improvement and expressed their positive commitment for the Module II which was scheduling in September.
