The Arbitration Council Foundation (ACF) and the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training will hold a two-day conference entitled: “Improving Labour Dispute Resolution System – Harmonizing Industrial Relations,” 27 – 28 February 2017 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Raffles Hotel Le Royal. The Minister of Labour and Vocational Training H.E. Ith Sam Heng, Sweden Ambassador Maria Sargren and U.S. Ambassador William A. Heidt will open the conference on 27 February 2017.
