Current Position: Managing Director of Ann-Mar & Associates Law Office and member of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia

Background: Facilitate more than 400 trainings on labor law, communication, negotiation, and dispute resolution skill, Compliance auditors for international buyers such as Nike & Adidas Group and advisor for supplier factories on procedures for managing the personnel, Executive Director of Integrating Human to Quality (IHQ), Manager of Labor Law program of Community Legal Education Center (CLEC) and Legal and Training Advisor of the Arbitration Council Foundation.

Education:

•  Master’s degree in business administration, University of Management in Cambodia,

•  Bachelor’s degree in law, Faculty of Law, and Economic in Cambodia

•  Legal Research Program at the University of Michigan Law School

•  Undertaken​​​ mediation and negotiation skills training in Australia, La Trobe University
