Current Position: Executive Director of the Community Legal Education Center (CLEC)

Background:    Lawyer and Supervisor of Juvenile Litigation Project (JLP) for Legal Aid of Cambodia  which focus on providing assistance to children in conflict with laws including the Labour Law; Senior Attorney and Head of the Land and Natural Resource Program Unit at CLEC working on high profile litigation and legal advocacy in land and natural resource disputes from 2004 to 2006; from 2006 to 2016, promoted to be Senior Attorney and Program Manager.

Education:       Bachelor of Public Administration (Cambodia)
