Training and Relation Manager

Mr. Hour Chhaileng serves as Industrial Relation Specialist at the Arbitration Council Foundation (ACF). He works closely with the Training and Relation Manager and other Executive Management Team members to ensure it consistently achieves its organisational and overall management of the Labor Dispute Mechanism program including the coordination and performance management.

Prior to joining ACF, Chhaileng is a Project Manager at Young Entrepreneurship Association of Cambodia. Chhaileng has extensive experiences in developing guideline and materials to promote child protection, civic engagement and participation, community organizing and mobilization, delivering trainings and workshops including providing coaching and mentoring services, monitoring and evaluation in business association, local and international organizations.

Chhaileng earned his master degree on Development Management from Norton University, and bachelor’s degree of Art in Social Work from Royal University of Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
