Current position: Deputy Secretary General, Cambodia National Mekong Committee (CNMC)

Background: Experience in the conflicts resolution in relation to protected areas and protected area community based natural resources management; Experience in import export small business management; Development of research and policy documents relating to natural resources management, protected areas, transboundary water and water related management, and transboundary international river basin management.

Education:

•  Master of Science in Soil Science (University of Gent, Belgium)

•  Bachelor of Forestry Science (Royal University of Agriculture, Phnom Penh, Cambodia).
