Ms. SIN Kimsean

Ms. SIN Kimsean a Cambodian lawyer with experience in the execution and implementation of international development initiatives since 2006, she is an arbitrator for the Arbitration Council (AC) from April 2002 and a certified arbitrator with the National Commercial Arbitration Center (NCAC) from 2012. In 2023-2024. She was the deputy chief of party for the Advancing Youth Leadership (AYL) with Chemonics International Company; from 2004-2023 she was the grants manager and later the deputy chief of party/grants manager for the Cambodia Civil Society Strengthening project of the East-West Management Institute (EWMI). She was a program officer for The Asia Foundation from April 1997-2003.

 

Ms. SIN Kimsean obtained a master’s degree of international law and economics from World Trade Institute in Bern, Switzerland in 2004, bachelor’s degree of law from the Royal University of Law and Economics in Phnom Penh, Cambodia in 2002 and bachelor’s degree of business law from the National Institute of Management in Cambodia in 2000. She also completed a research scholar program in 2001 in the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA and trained in the arbitration skills from the Singapore International Arbitration Center to become an arbitrator for the National Commercial Arbitration Center 2012.
