Phnom Penh: On October 31, 2023, the Arbitration Council Foundation (ACF), in collaboration with 4 associations including the Association of Banks in Cambodia (ABC), Cambodia Tourism Association (CATA), Young Entrepreneurs Association of Cambodia (YEAC), and Cambodia Microfinance Association (CMA) organized a workshop on AC process for 69 shop steward, Human Resource, Admin and Compliance (25 women) who are the staff of their association members.
This workshop was participated by Mr. Men Nimmith, Executive Director of ACF and presented by Arbitrator Mar Samborana, a member of the Arbitration Council, in which providing participants the opportunity to gain better understandings and to clarify their doubt on the process of Labour Dispute Resolution Procedure by Arbitration Council and Alternative Dispute Resolution in Cambodia.
Please noted that this is the first time that ACF has collaborated with employer association in emerging sector beside garment, travel goods and footwear in Cambodia to organize this workshop.
