Kandal: On 21st November 2023, the Arbitration Council Foundation continues its collaboration with Hoplok (Cambodia) to conduct module III training on “Communications for Negotiation” for 10 participants (5 women) who are the representatives of employer and employee, and union.
This training focuses on:
– Definition of negotiation
– Type of negotiation
– Appropriate time for negotiation
– Communications skill for an effective negotiation
All participants actively engaged in group discussion, experiences sharing sessions which are linked with the content of the module. This indicated the improvement of both knowledge and negotiation skills of the participants which will be used for any future negotiations within their workplace and expressed their positive commitment for the Module IV which was scheduling in December.
