Phnom Penh: On Wednesday, 14 January 2026, the Arbitration Council Foundation organized a training course to further strengthen the capacity of members of the Arbitration Council, Secretariat officials of the Arbitration Council, and staff of the Arbitration Council Foundation on the topic “Contract Damages”, which was presented by Arbitrator Koy Nam and Arbitrator Ann Vireak.
All participants, especially the members of the Arbitration Council, actively engaged in discussions and exchanged knowledge and experiences with one another for the benefit of resolving labor disputes at the Arbitration Council, particularly in dispute cases related to the non-performance of contractual obligations.
The Arbitration Council Foundation regularly organizes training courses in order to continuously build the capacity of Arbitration Council members, Secretariat officials of the Arbitration Council, and staff of the Arbitration Council Foundation on various topics that are further beneficial to the resolution of labor disputes at the Arbitration Council.
