Phnom Penh: On 28 May 2026, the Arbitration Council Foundation, in collaboration with XO Tex Industrial Co., Ltd., conducted Module 1 training on the topic of “Building Employment Relationships” for 17 participants, including 8 women, representing employers, workers, and union leaders.
All participants clearly understood the roles and responsibilities of each actor in building good and strong employment relationships, and demonstrated a positive attitude toward creating a healthy working environment for their factories.
