Kandal: On 29 May 2026, the Arbitration Council Foundation, in collaboration with Sunfair Garment Co., Ltd., conducted Module 1 training on the topic of “Building Employment Relationships” for 15 participants, including 11 women, representing employers, workers, and shop steward.
All participants clearly understood the roles and responsibilities of each actor in building good and strong employment relationships, and demonstrated a positive attitude toward creating a healthy working environment for their factories.
