Phnom Penh: On 24th June 2026, the Arbitration Council Foundation, in collaboration with XO TEX Industrial Co.Ltd., continue to conduct a training Module II of Dispute Prevention and Resolution Program (DPRP) on “Workplace Cooperation Mechanisms” to a total of 19 participants (9 women) who are the employer representatives and worker representatives.
Participants know the basic elements, form of workplace cooperation mechanism and its advantages, the workplace grievance procedures and alternative labor dispute resolution in Cambodia. They expressed their optimism to participate in implementing the workplace cooperation mechanism and workplace grievance procedure even better.
