Kampong Speu: On 7th August 2026, the Arbitration Council Foundation, in collaboration with Branch of Lin Wen Chih Sunbow Enterprise Co.Ltd., continue to conduct a training Module II of Dispute Prevention and Resolution Program (DPRP) on “Workplace Cooperation Mechanisms” to a total of 14 participants (5 women) who are the employer representatives and worker representatives.
This training course focuses on the following key points:
1) Definition, components, formats, importance, and steps in establishing workplace cooperation mechanisms,
2) Workplace grievances handling procedure, and
3) Alternative labour dispute resolution procedure in Cambodia.
All participants gained additional understanding of the key points above and expressed optimism in participating in the implementation of cooperation mechanisms and grievance handling procedures within their enterprises and factories for better results.
