Background: Experience working in the field of labour for 30 years for the Ministry of Labour, including 7 years as Director of Department of Vocational Training, one of the control​e du travel in 1960s, contributed to drafted government regulations related to the Labour Law 1997, former Vice-President of Association for Supporting Khmer Character and Culture and Professor of Law.

Education:  Bachelor of Economics (Faculty of Law and Economics, Cambodia)
