Takeo Province: On Thursday, January 12, 2023, Arbitration Council Foundation organized the first training course of the Workplace Dispute Prevention and Response Program in the workplace under the theme “Building Good Labor Relations” for employers’ representatives, at Bright Flushing Industry factory with 18 participants (11 females).
This training is aimed at enhancing the participants’ ability to resolve any work issues that arise before they cause a dispute or conflict.
In this first training session, focus on the following key points:
- Definition of good working relationship building
- Influences on employment relations
- Key factors that help to establish and maintain a good working relationship and
- The role of employers, workers and unions in maintaining and building good working relationships.
Participants actively participated in this training and expressed positive expectations for the second training.
