Phnom Penh: On 24th August 2023, the Arbitration Council Foundation (ACF), in collaboration with 5 union federations including Collective Union of Movement of Workers, Coalition of Cambodian Apparel Workers’ Democratic Union, Cambodian Labour Confederation, Cambodian Food and Service Workers Federation, and Cambodian Alliance of Trade Unions, organized a workshop on Labour Dispute Resolution Procedure by the Arbitration Council for 62 union members, including 20 women.
This workshop, was presented by Arbitrator An Nan, a member of the Arbitration Council, in which providing participants the opportunity to gain better understandings and to clarify their doubt on the process of Labour Dispute Resolution Procedure by Arbitration Council and Alternative Dispute Resolution in Cambodia.
