Phnom Penh: On 19th August 2023, the Arbitration Council Foundation (ACF), in collaboration with Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE), organized a Workshop on Labour Dispute Resolution Procedure by the Arbitration Council, participated by 117 students who are studying in ELBBL-English Language Based Bachelor of Law Program including 80 women.
This workshop was presented by Arbitrator Sin Kimsean, a member of the Arbitration Council.
Through this workshop, participants gained knowledges from experiences sharing on the process of Labour Dispute Resolution Procedure by Arbitration Council and Alternative Dispute Resolution in Cambodia.
