Koh Kong: On 16th August 2023, the Arbitration Council Foundation continues its collaboration with KKN Apparel to conduct module III training on “Communication for Negotiation” for 26 participants, who are employer and employee representatives, and unions, (10 women).
This training focuses on:
– Definition of negotiation
– Type of negotiation
– Appropriate time for negotiation
– Communication skills for an effective negotiation
All participants actively engaged in group discussion, experiences sharing session which is linked with the content of the module. This indicated the improvement of both knowledge and negotiation skills of the participants of which will be used for any future negotiations within their workplace.
