Kampong Chhnang: On 7th September 2023, the Arbitration Council Foundation, in collaboration with Can Sport Shoes Factory, conducted a training of Module II of Dispute Prevention and Resolution Program (DPRP) on “Workplace Cooperation Mechanism” to 27 participants (14 women) who are the representatives of employer and worker, and union leaders.
The training touches on:
1. Workplace Cooperation Mechanism
2. Forms of Workplace Cooperation Mechanism
3. Effective Workplace Grievance Handling Procedure and
4. Labour Dispute Resolution in Cambodia
All participants gained new knowledge on “Workplace Cooperation Mechanism” and actively engaged in group discussion, and in experiences sharing session. The Arbitration Council Foundation will continue to provide a training of Module III on “Communication for Negotiation” to the representatives of employer and worker, and union leaders which is scheduled in October.
