Phnom Penh: On 20th June 2023, the Arbitration Council Foundation (ACF) provided the 3rd In-house Training and Mentoring Program (ITMP) on “Logical Framework Approach” for 21 ACF staff and AC officials (13 women) aiming to comprehensively enhance knowledge of staff and SAC officials at every step of the topic provided.
The session mainly focused on planning resources, indicators setting and its means of verifications, analyzing risk and risk management, and analyzing assumption of ACF’s project which can be used as key inputs for the ACF future project design.
After joining the 3-day course of Logical Framework Approach, ACF staff and SAC officials deeply understood the project development processes by using Logical Framework Approach and actively participated in learning, analyzing, and effectively practicing the 9 steps of Logical Framework Approach.
